👋STUDENT ONLINE PORTAL & ENROLLMENT FAQs

To help guide everyone through the enrollment process, we are posting a series of Student Online Portal and Enrollment FAQs.

🗒️STUDENT ONLINE ENROLLMENT REQUEST STATUS:

✅PENDING
This means your enrollment request is already submitted you just have to wait for the verifier to process your enrolment

✅ONGOING
This means the verifier is already processing your enrollment request. You just have to wait for the verifier to finish the enrollment encoding.

✅ENROLLED
This means you are already enrolled, you can view/download your COR. You can also print your COR if needed.

For enrollment requests that remains in PENDING status, please coordinate directly with your Program Chair to follow up on the status of your enrollment request. Our verifiers are doing what they can to accommodate all the enrollment request within the day.

REMINDERS

Today marks the start of the online enrollment period. You may now process an enrollment request using the student portal (myschool.slsu.edu.ph). Take note of the following:

📌 Enrollment requests will be processed based on enrollment schedules.

📌 Student Enrollment requests will be processed by our enrollment verifiers from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm based in accordance with the indicated enrollment schedules.

📌 Please be guided by the enrollment schedules indicated below:

📆Enrollment Schedule

📌January 7, 2026 – 1st and 2nd Year Regular Students (Online Enrollment)
📌January 8, 2026 – 3rd and 4th Year Regular Students (Online Enrollment)
📌January 9, 2026 – Physical Enrollment (Face to Face) of Irregular Students
📌January 10, 2026 –Physical Enrollment (Face to Face) of Graduate School Enrollment

New Enrollment Process via Student Portal

All students of Southern Luzon State University Main Campus are hereby informed that enrollment for the upcoming semester will be conducted through the Student Portal (https://myschool.slsu.edu.ph/). Students who have not yet activated their student portal accounts are advised to activate their accounts immediately using the link below:

🗒️Enrollment Classification

📌A. Regular Students

A student is considered REGULAR if the regular course offering for the semester is complete. Regular students shall enroll online via the Student Portal.

📌B. Irregular Students

A student is considered IRREGULAR if the course offering for the semester is incomplete or does not follow the regular course offering. Irregular students are required to undergo face-to-face (physical) enrollment.

📆Enrollment Schedule

📌January 7, 2026 – 1st and 2nd Year Regular Students (Online Enrollment)
📌January 8, 2026 – 3rd and 4th Year Regular Students (Online Enrollment)
📌January 9, 2026 – Physical Enrollment of Irregular Students
📌January 10, 2026 – Graduate School Enrollment (Physical Enrollment)

The detailed enrollment procedure may be viewed in the attached image or video version. All students are strongly advised to carefully read and strictly follow the attached procedure to ensure a smooth and orderly enrollment process.
