Q1: Sir/Ma’am I’m an incoming First year po bakit Student ID not found pa din po pa din ngayon?

A1: Since the university extended the admission operations, some Campuses and the Admission Office are still validating the admission data, if you want to expedite your enrollment process, you can contact your campus directly online/face-face.

Q2: Paano po kaya yun di pa po kami enrolled dahil di pa po activated at ID not found pa po? Hindi po kaya kami malate sa enrollment?

A2: The ENROLLMENT REQUEST PROCESS is from July 13-16 for regular students but the ENROLLMENT VALIDATION PROCESS takes place within July 13-17. That means if you have processed an enrollment request today, there might be a chance to have it approved immediately or within the enrollment period (July 13-17) depending on the ENROLLMENT VALIDATION PROCESS. If you want your enrollment to be expedited or will be needing your COR immediately, kindly contact your Campus Program Chair/Validators (online/face-face).

Q3: Im an old/continuing student pero bakit ID NOT FOUND pa din po?

A3: We are currently verifying old/continuing student grade data that came from Satellite Campuses, if the student grade data is still incomplete or contains discrepancies, we transfer it back to the campus to have it resolved before it can be imported to the new system. Kindly contact your campus to report this issue if until today you are still not able to activate your account..

Q4: My COR is displaying an incorrect data (Course,Subject,Unit); how can I fix it?

A4: Please report this immediately to your program validators or program chairs.

Q5: The student portal displays an incorrect name/program. How can I fix it?

A5: Send a message directly to our page with a picture of your admission slip and/or PSA or any valid IDs to validate and correct your data.

Q6: Why are you using text-based FB postings instead of Infographics recently?

A6: MIS-ICT is now currently facilitating the enrollment process for the whole SLSU Community, from Tagkawayan to Polillo Campus. To ensure important announcement and updates reach everyone as soon as possible, we primarily post text-based announcements. This helps to avoid delays in information dissemination specially for students who are in remote areas with limited internet connectivity. Our goal is simple: “Ensure no one gets left behind”. 😊

ADVISORY

Student Portal is now back online and all online services have been restored.

First-Year Students may now log in to the Student Portal at myschool.slsu.edu.ph to download their Certificate of Registration (COR).

Students whose enrollment status is still Pending/Ongoing are advised to coordinate with their respective Campus to follow up on the processing of their enrollment.

Due to the high volume of page visits and data requests to our system, users are experiencing slower-than-usual response times.

To give way to the processing of First-Year Student Enrollment, our student portal page myschool.slsu.edu.ph is temporarily being redirected to another page while system resources are prioritized for enrollment processing.

Please take note that First Year Student Enrollment is automatically being processed. Students doesn't need to process an enrollment request, and will just have to wait for the program validators to finish the enrollment process.

Students who are encountering “ID NUMBER NOT FOUND” error message while activating.

Due to the extension of the Second Batch of Admission Operations on campuses, student admission data are still being verified. Please take note that activation of the student accounts can still be done until the enrollment period and students will be able to activate their accounts once their admission data from campuses are verified by the concerned offices.

If you are not a part of the Second Batch Admission Operations, kindly check your correct prefix depending on your campus to activate your account using the following format:

To all concerned students,

We are currently on the period of the activation of student accounts. We have identified that some accounts may display an incorrect admitted program due to an error in the data retrieval process.

Please take note that this is a system issue only and does not affect your actual admitted program. Our technical team is already working to correct the data, and the displayed program will be updated as soon as possible.

Kindly refer to and follow the admitted program reflected in your official admission slip. Disregard if therr are any incorrect program displayed in the student account until the correction has been completed.

| 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳

In preparation for the opening of the first semester of Academic Year 2026–2027, Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) shares the official enrollment and class schedules as released by the Office of the University Registrar:

📍July 8, 2026
Deadline for submission of lacking requirements (for incoming 1st year students with incomplete documentary requirements).

📍July 9-10, 2026
Online activation of student accounts for 1st year students across all campuses, and for returning students from satellite and extension campuses.

📍July 13-17, 2026
Online enrollment for students from SLSU Main, satellite, and extension campuses.
𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: The Registrar’s Office of SLSU Lucena, and SLSU Catanauan will conduct 𝗶𝗻-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), following the same schedule as online enrollment (e.g., July 13 for 1st year students).

In-person enrollment is also available for those who are unable to access online enrollment for SLSU Tayabas and SLSU Alabat.

In-person enrollment for SLSU Alabat will follow this schedule:
July 13 for 1st year and 2nd year
July 14 for 3rd year and 4th year
July 15 for irregular and transferees

📍July 18-25, 2026
In-person enrollment for Graduate School

📍July 20, 2026
First day of classes for all campuses

📍July 25, 2026
First day of classes for Graduate School

In preparation for the opening of First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027, Southern Luzon State University announces the official Enrollment Schedule for all incoming and continuing students.

Please refer to the posted schedule for the corresponding dates of account activation, online enrollment, in-person enrollment, and the start of classes.

Detailed guidelines and procedures for student account activation, online enrollment, and in-person enrollment will be released soon through the University's official communication channels.
