• Additional income for the different products that bees provide.
• Additional income in harvest able products as a result of pollination.
• Improvement of biodiversity in the direct area where the bees are kept. Most important is to stimulate beekeeping in the rural areas. This can be encouraged by approaching local government units, farmers organisations and outlining the value of apicultural activities. This site hopes to contribute to a better understanding on who is who in Philippine beekeeping and provides suitable information for beginners, students, researchers and the like.
