During this morning's Flag Raising Ceremony hosted by the Lucena City Public Employment Service Office (PESO), the 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 was awarded as the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆) of the 𝗦𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗞𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for the First Week of June 2026 with the total average of 97.96%.

Sa 𝗦𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗞𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 is the brainchild of Mayor Mark Don Victor B. Alcala which awards the best performing offices of the City Government of Lucena that deliver excellent public service to Lucenahins.

Mga Lucenahin, malapit na ang deadline para makapag-avail ng 𝘼𝙢𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙮𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝘼𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙖𝙧!

Alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 12001, hanggang July 5, 2026 maaaring ipasok sa nasabing programa ang mga ari-ariang hindi natitinag na hindi nabayaran bago ang July 5, 2024.

Malaking ginhawa ang programang ito para sa mga taxpayer na matagal nang hindi nakakapagbayad ng kanilang amilyar, at magandang pagkakataon ito upang i-update at isaayos ang kanilang pamuwisan.

Sa ilalim ng nasabing programang, maaaring mabayaran ng mga kwalipikadong nagmamay-ari ng mga ari-ariang hindi natitinag ang amilyar ng nasasakupang panahon na nabanggit sa taas nang walang penalties, interests at surcharges.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿.

𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗔. 𝗙𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮 presented the accomplishment report of the Lucena City Treasurer's Office for the past year. She highlighted the importance of effective and efficient collection of various taxes, fees, and charges that support various social services and infrastructure projects of the city.

She also mentioned the current status of the 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗔𝗺𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 under Republic Act No. 12001, which ends on July 5, 2026.
