โ€ŽThe Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Siete warmly invites all registered members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan to join us in the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly 2025 โ€“ 2nd Semester.

โ€ŽThe Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly is an important gathering of the youth where we come together to stay informed, be heard, and take part in shaping programs and activities for our community. During the assembly, the Sangguniang Kabataan will present updates on ongoing and upcoming projects, and accomplishment reports, and provide a space for open discussion, suggestions, and concerns from our fellow youth, and also presenting each committees accomplishments.

โ€ŽIn line with our commitment to support education, the Educational Assistance Program (Dagdag Baon Program) payout for qualified beneficiaries will also be conducted during the event. This initiative aims to help ease educational expenses and continue encouraging our youth to pursue their studies.

Late Post | Childrenโ€™s Month Celebration 2025

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Siete joyfully celebrated Childrenโ€™s Month by giving sweets to the kids who participated in the Halloween Trick-or-Treat last October 31, 2025.

This simple activity was more than just sharing candies โ€” it was a way of showing our love, appreciation, and recognition of every child in our community. Through small moments like this, we hope to bring joy to their day and remind them how important and valued they are.

Matagumpay na naisagawa ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Siete ang pagdiriwang ng Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) 2025 sa pamamagitan ng isang Skabuhayan Livelihood Program, kung saan itinuro sa Katipunan ng Kabataan ang tamang proseso sa paggawa ng Dishwashing Liquid na maaari nilang maging dagdag na kabuhayan.

Bahagi ng programa ang pagbibigay-kaalaman ni SK Member Hon. Josh Malundas tungkol sa kahalagahan ng DAPC, maging ang masasamang epekto ng illegal na droga, at mga hakbang upang makaiwas sa paggamit nito. Layunin nitong mapalawak ang kamalayan ng kabataan at ipakita na meron pang mas maraming paraan upang manatiling produktibo ang buhay at ligtas sa tukso ng droga.

Sinundan ito ng aktwal na paggawa ng dishwashing liquid na pinangunahan ni SK Member Hon. Germaine De Chavez, kasama sina SK Members Hon. Arriana Sorriano, Hon. Vernadtte Alvarico, Hon. John Roldan Claveria, at SK Secretary Margaret Lagos. Lubos din itong sinuportahan ng ating SK Chairperson Hon. Erron R. Paris, na aktibong nakibahagi sa kabuuan ng proseso, at masayang nagsalin din ng mga dishwashing liquid sa bote.

Ang programang ito ay nagpapatunay na maraming oportunidad para sa kabataan upang maging abala sa mga positibong gawain at malikhaing proyektoโ€”mga gawaing naglilihis sa kanila mula sa paggamit ng illegal na droga. Sa Barangay Siete, ang kalusugan ay pinapahalagahan, at ang droga ay hindi pinapahintulutan.

Earlier today, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Siete thru SK Chairperson Hon. Erron Paris and SK Member Hon. Josh De Silva Malundas took part in the Drug Education Caravan 2025 held at Lucena East Elementary School. We were joined by Ms. Eirene Janelle Tungal, representing Mx. Jordan โ€œSweetโ€ Romulo, Hon. John Maynard Hugo, SK Member of Barangay 2, and Mr. Miggy.

This meaningful activity serves as a reminder that drugs bring harm to our health, our future, and our community. Through this platform, we aim to guide the youth toward healthier choices by showing them better, safer, and more productive things to focus on instead of turning to drugs.

Education and awareness can protect livesโ€”and with every conversation, every lesson, and every young person reached, we take one step closer to a safer, drug-free community.

This small gesture is our way of supporting their dedication as they continue to inspire the love for reading and learning.

Our Dagdag Baon Program beneficiaries who submitted their applications last August 2025 are set to receive their assistance this coming December (with tentative schedule). This added support aims to ease the daily school expenses of our dedicated Senior High School and College students, helping them stay motivated and focused on their academic journey.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Siete, through the Education Committee, to create meaningful and youth-centered programs that address the real needs of our community. This platform serves as a reminder that the SK continues to stand with our learners, offering encouragement and a little extra help as they work hard toward their dreams.

Together with the Katipunan ng Kabataan and our committed SKolars, this activity highlights our united effort to create a cleaner, safer, and drug-free Barangay Siete.

This program is anchored on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emphasizing environmental protection, community wellness, and youth participation. Through this clean-up drive, we reinforce the message that cleanliness is a powerful step toward preventing drug misuse โ€” proving that a clean community fosters discipline, safety, and positive influence among the youth.
