Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City- On 01 May 2025, MGEN FLORANTE P SISON PA, Commander, Installation Management Command visited 2nd Installation Management Battalion.
As part of his visit, he had talk to troops in which he emphasised on the morale and welfare of the personnel.

Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City - On 16 April 2025, LTC JOSE D DEL ROSARIO III INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer of 2IMB, and 1LT CHRISTIAN H MOLINA (CE) PA attended and witnessed the Ceremonial Signing of Deeds of Donation between Mrs Merian H Reyes, CEO Star Horse Shipping Lines (Lot Donor) and LTGEN FACUNDO O PALAFOX IV PA, Commander Southern Luzon Command, together with BGEN JOSE AMBROSIO F RUSTIA PA, Commander 201ST Bde at Brgy Villa Reyes, San Narciso, Quezon. The said donated land is to be developed as Military Reservation in support to CMO Activities on PA Real Estate Advocacy of this unit.

Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City- On 01 April 2025, 2nd Installation Management Battalion conducted Donning of Ranks to newly promoted Enlisted Personnel headed by LTC JOSE D DEL ROSARIO III INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer at SOLCOM Grandstand.
The donning of ranks acknowledges the hard work, skills, and commitment a soldier has demonstrated, marking their progression in the military career.

Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City- The 2nd Installation Management Battalion together with other tenant units of Southern Luzon Command participated during the Celebration of National Women's Month on 27 March 2025 at SOLCOM Grandstand.
The celebration started by having different fun games in the morning in which the personnel enjoyed. Followed by the Women's Night, Southern Luzon Command organized a singing contest participated by each tenant units to showcase the singing talent of their female personnel.
This event happened in honor of all the women's
achievements and contributions in the society.

Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City- The 2nd Installation Management Battalion conducted coastal cleanup drive on 23 March 2025 at Sariaya, Quezon.
The activity was participated by Philippine Airforce, Philippine Coast Guard, local officials and civilian stakeholders.
This cleanup drive aimed to address environmental concerns and enhance the coastal ecosystem's health by removing waste from the area.

Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City- 2nd Installation Management Battalion under the leadership of LTC JOSE D DEL ROSARIO III INF (GSC) PA joins in the PA-wide Bloodletting Activity in commemoration of Philippine Army's 128th Anniversary last 08 March 2025 at Southern Luzon Command.
The bloodletting activity was conducted in collaboration with Philippine Red Cross- Quezon Lucena Chapter. This activity was participated by tenant units of SOLCOM, reservists, and ROTC cadets, who voluntarily donated blood to help save lives.

Camp Guillermo Nakar, Lucena City- 2nd Installation Management Battalion joins the Simultaneous Flag Raising and Kick-off Ceremony for National Women's Month with the theme "Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas" on 03 March 2025 at Southern Luzon Command.
After the flag-raising, the unit express appreciation to its female personnel by serenading and giving roses led by LTC JOSE D DEL ROSARIO III INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer of 2IMB.
This Women's Month Celebration appreciates women's effort and contribution in achieving unit's mission.
