RESOLUTION 10748 in relation to Resolution 10730

Section 9c. The use of the internet, mobile and social media propaganda

The use of the internet, mobile platforms, and social media for the purposes of election propaganda shall be allowed subject to the following guidelines:

Reso 10748 section 9c(1):

Each registered political party/coalitions and bona fide candidate shall register with the Education and Information Department (EID) of the COMELEC, the official accounts, websites, blogs and/or other social media pages of political parties/coalitions or candidates which are already verified upon registration, and also those that will be verified subsequent to registration provided that the same are being or will be used for the endorsement of his/her candidacy or candidacies of its members.

Walang pinipiling kasarian ang pamumuno.

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act 9710 o ang Magna Carta of Women, hinihikayat na magkaroon ng mas malawak na partisipasyon at representasyon ang mga kababaihan sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon ng pantay na bilang ng mga opisyal sa iba't ibang antas ng pamamahala.

Isinusulong ng Philippine Commission on Women ang pagkakaroon ng gender balance sa aspeto ng pamumuno sa pribado at pampublikong sektor, maging sila man ay itinalaga o inihalal sa tungkulin. Kaya naman hinihikayat ang pagkakaroon ng mga programa na lilinang sa kakayahan at magbubukas ng oportunidad para sa mga kababaihan.

Sa larangan ng political participation, isang malaking hakbang tungo sa pagkakataong mamuno ang paghahain ng certificate of candidacy.
