A. 10644 or the Go Negosyo Act, the Negosyo Center aims to help promote and develop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within the municipality of Luisiana. As 99% of the Philippine economy, the MSMEs play a vital role in boosting the country. Mahalagang malaman ang pagkakaiba ng Basic Necessities at Prime Commodities.
Ayon sa RA 7581 o Price Act, ang Basic Necessities (BN) ay mga produktong kailangan para mabuhay at manatiling malusog, lalo na sa panahon ng sakuna o krisis. Samantala, ang Prime Commodities (PC) ay hindi pangunahing pangangailangan pero mahalaga pa rin sa pang-araw-araw na pamumuhay, ayon sa Price Act.

With the theme “Pandanan, Yaman ng Kalikasan, Biyaya ng Buhay,” vibrant booths from local barangays showcased agricultural produce, processed food, handicrafts, and eco-friendly creations, highlighting sustainability, resourcefulness, and community-driven innovation.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Laguna, through Negosyo Center Luisiana, joined the 1st Quarter 2026 Meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) at the Municipal Hall of Luisiana, Laguna.

Partner agencies, including the PNP and BFP, shared updates on MADAC programs and other peace and order initiatives. DTI Laguna reaffirms its support for collaborative efforts that promote public safety and a business-friendly environment in Luisiana.

Ipinapaalala ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na sa ilalim ng Consumer Act of the Philippines, may karapatan ang konsyumer sa Repair, Replace, o Refund (3Rs) kapag nakabili ng depektibong produkto.
Sa kaso ng gamot, obligasyon ng seller o tindahan na palitan ang nabiling gamot kung ito ay peke o expired nang mabili.
Ngunit, kung ang gamot ay hindi peke o expired, maaaring tumanggi ang tindahan sa replace o refund at good will na ng tindahan kung sila ay papayag.
Kaya bago bumili:
• Siguraduhing tama ang produktong kukunin.
• I-check ang expiration date.
• Itanong ang return or exchange policy ng tindahan.
Maging mapanuri at protektado, Konsyumer! 🫶😉
