As part of the government's immediate response to affected micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in areas under State of Calamity (SOC), the Department of Trade and Industry - Laguna Provincial Office (DTI-Laguna) and Small Business Corporation will bring the Enterprise Rehabilitation Financing (ERF) Program to MSMEs in Laguna affected by tropical Storm Crising, Tropical Storm Dante, Tropical Depression Emong and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). A whole day loan application fair will be conducted on August 7, 2025 from 8am to 4pm at the Town Plaza (Plaza Don Manuel Soriano), Pagsanjan, Laguna.
The ERF program is open to MSMEs with business operations in affected areas, particularly those declared under state of calamity. Under the ERF Program, MSMEs can avail of a maximum of P300,000.00 loan, payable monthly up to 3 years. An optional grace period of up to 6 months may also be secured should ERF borrowers see the need for a reprieve from payments, aiding further to the full recovery of business operations.
Loans are interest-free for the first year and a 1% per month interest rate based on diminishing balance shall be applied for the second and third year.
New borrowers will only need to submit their Mayor's Permit or Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) Certificate for loans more than P100,000.00; or Barangay Certification for loans up to P100,000.00, government-issued ID, proof of bank account and corporate documents, if applicable.
Included as a highlight of the event is the conduct an on-site end-to-end online borrower registration and loan application with guaranteed loan approval within the day.
