Yesterday, March 12, 2026, the learners and teachers of Maytalang II Elementary School took a proactive stand for safety by participating in the 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED).

In our commitment to building a disaster-resilient community, the activity went beyond the siren. Our dedicated educators integrated vital Earthquake and Fire Safety concepts directly into their lessons, ensuring every student knows not just what to do, but why it matters.

Preparation is our best defense! By practicing these drills, we are equipping the entire Maytalang II ES with the skills to stay safe and protected.

The grounds of Maytalang II Elementary School came alive with rhythm, color, and heritage, as our talented learners from Kinder to Grade 6 took center stage for our annual Field Demonstration!

From the playful steps of our littlest dancers to the graceful movements of our seniors, the event was a beautiful tribute to the rich tapestry of Philippine Folk Dances. It was more than just a performance; it was a celebration of our culture and the hard work of our students and teachers.
