ASAP Team completes e-ASAP Rollout for Provincial Scholars
The Provincial Government of Apayao, through the Apayao Student Assistance Program (ASAP) Team has successfully concluded its Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) caravan for the new Electronic ASAP (e-ASAP) digital platform, reaching thousands of grantees across Northern Luzon.
The digital shift which kicked off last March with focused implementation at Vargas College in Abulug, Cagayan, and the Apayao State College Luna and Conner Campuses.
During these sessions, the ASAP team conducted hands-on orientations for local grantees. The sessions focused on transitioning from manual paper submissions to the streamlined digital portal which ensures that students from upper municipalities are not left behind in the province's modernization efforts.
This April, the ASAP team expanded its reach to cater to yApayao students enrolled in institutions outside the province. The e-ASAP IEC Caravan made strategic stops to provide technical support and real-time account verification.
The team headed to Tabuk City and Tuguegarao City to assist the large number of Apayao scholars studying in Cagayan. Focused sessions were also held for Cordilleran scholars to ensure their digital profiles were activated for the upcoming semester in Baguio City.
The caravan recently concluded at the MMSU-Batac Campus on April 23-24, 2026, where the ASAP team set up at the University Student Center to help students upload scanned requirements and track applications online.
Grantees who missed the physical caravan are encouraged to visit the official Apayao e-Services portal or contact the ASAP Apayao page for further assistance.
