“A cleaner community starts with us.”

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Napaset successfully conducted a Clean-Up Drive as part of our commitment to promote environmental awareness and community responsibility among the youth. This initiative aimed to encourage everyone to take part in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our barangay.

With the cooperation of our volunteers and residents, we were able to make a difference—one small action at a time. This activity reminds us that caring for our environment is not just a one-day task, but a continuous responsibility we all share.

“No student should be left behind—especially in times of rising fuel prices.

Due to the ongoing increase in fuel costs, many students are facing difficulties in sustaining their daily transportation expenses. The impact of the oil crisis is felt by every household, and for some of our youth in Napaset, it has become a challenge just to get to school each day.

In response, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Napaset proudly introduces the Student Transport Subsidy Program, an initiative aimed at helping ease the burden of transportation costs among students. This program is our way of ensuring that despite the rising cost of living, education remains accessible and uninterrupted.
We believe that financial challenges should never be a reason for a student to stop pursuing their dreams. Through this effort, SK Napaset stands in solidarity with the youth—supporting their journey, encouraging their perseverance, and investing in their future.

Let this be a reminder that even in difficult times, our community rises together. With unity and compassion, we can overcome challenges and continue to uplift one another.
