All qualified beneficiaries are required to be present, and please also take note that those lower level who submitted their requirements late will still receive their cash assistance.

The Municipal Health Center & Birthing Facility of Luna, in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, is calling on all youth and volunteers to be part of our Blood Donation Program on March 25, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN at the Luna Cultural Center.

Donating blood is a simple act that can make a life-saving difference. One donation can help save multiple lives—patients in need of emergency care, surgeries, and those battling serious illnesses.

We encourage all kabataan and willing individuals to step forward and be heroes in their own simple way. Your blood can give someone a second chance at life.
