MISSION

The Municipal Assessor's Office shall cooperatively and collaboratively make and keep an updated record of all real properties location within our jurisdiction for taxation purposes, guided by the fundamental principles described in Sec. 198, LGC of 1991; automation of all real property transactions, i.e. assessment, billing, payment and collection liquidation processes; general revision,

and to furnish a copy for the Municipal Treasurer who shall notify on the bases of such record, the owner of the property or person having legal interest therein of the tax imposed and for collection. VISION

The Municipal Assessor's Office is envisioned to improve the financial capability of the Local Government Unit of Luna, Isabela as a procedural assistance providing department that is committed to the most appropriate, most efficient and most effective administration of local taxes, equipped with modern technology and highly responsive and knowledgeable manpower.
