✅ Food Safety First!
The Local Government of Lupon, together with the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS), spearheaded a seminar on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) for meat inspectors, butchers, and slaughterhouse personnel.
Mayor Santos Q. Alonzo Jr. emphasized that initiatives such as this are vital in ensuring safe and high-quality meat for every household, while at the same time fortifying the livelihood of our butchers.
The LGU remains steadfast in supporting programs that advance food security, foster sustainable livelihoods, and safeguard the health of the community. 💚✨
