2025 ELECTIONS GENERALLY PEACEFUL IN DAVAO ORIENTAL

The Davao Oriental Police Provincial Office (DOPPO) acknowledges that the 2025 national and local elections were generally peaceful throughout the province of Davao Oriental.

We extend our deepest appreciation and commendation to all deployed PNP personnel for their continuous commitment, discipline, and professionalism, which have been instrumental in ensuring the safety, security, and orderliness of the democratic exercise, preventing major violence, and maintaining public confidence throughout the electoral process.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our partners in the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), local government units, civil society organizations, volunteer groups, and the people of Davao Oriental, whose collaboration and cooperation significantly contributed to the peaceful atmosphere during the elections.

The success of this election is a testament to what we can achieve when we work together for a common good.
