March 4, 2026 β Barangay Poblacion, Maasim, Sarangani Province proudly secured the 2nd Runner-Up title in the prestigious Baybay Awards 2026, a recognition given to the cleanest and most well-managed coastal barangay in the SBPS area.
The barangay received a β±100,000 cash prize intended to fund environmental projects that will further strengthen its coastal management, solid waste programs, and conservation initiatives.
Leading the celebration of this milestone is Punong Barangay Hon. Rosalinda Asentista, together with key members of the council who played vital roles in the barangayβs environmental efforts. Among them are:
