MAASIM, Sarangani Province — The Municipal Government of Maasim, led by Municipal Mayor Zyrex C. Pacquiao, reaffirmed its commitment to dedicated and meaningful public service as municipal government employees signed the Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall during the regular Flag Raising Ceremony on September 7, 2026.
The activity marked the pre-opening of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) celebration at the municipal level, highlighting the important role of every local government employee in providing responsive, efficient, and people-centered services to the constituents of Maasim.
Anchored on this year’s theme, “Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan,” the activity emphasized that public service goes beyond the performance of official duties. It calls on every municipal employee to serve with puso - compassion and genuine concern for the people; dangal - integrity, accountability, and professionalism; and galing - excellence and competence in delivering government services.
The Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall serves as a symbolic expression of the municipal employees’ pledge to uphold the highest standards of public service and to place the welfare of the Maasimians at the heart of their daily work.
At the municipal level, the celebration underscores the collective responsibility of the Municipal Government of Maasim to build a culture of integrity, excellence, and service—where every employee contributes to a more responsive, accessible, and progressive local government.
Through the leadership of Mayor Pacquiao, LGU Maasim continues to inspire its workforce to live out the spirit of a Lingkod Bayani, serving every Maasimians with puso, dangal, at galing para sa bayan.
