ROAD RECOVERY IN ACTION: DAY AND NIGHT DEBRIS CLEARING 🚜🌧️Our Engineering teams are working around the clock to clear mud, reopen blocked routes, and restore safe access across Maasim following the recent earthquake and flashfloods.
🚜 Operations Update
Heavy Equipment Deployment: Backhoes and dump trucks are actively clearing thick mud layers and landslide debris from vital roadways.
24/7 Response: Teams are working through the night under floodlights to safely open critical paths as quickly as possible.
Erosion Control: Restoring stable passage where flashfloods washed out portions of the dirt roads.

⚠️ Public Advisory: Expect heavy equipment on narrow mountain roads. Please drive slowly, keep a safe distance from active work zones, and follow field traffic guides.

PROGRESS UPDATE: POST-EARTHQUAKE INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENTS 📢
Our Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) team have expanded field inspections to cover more government, commercial, and industrial facilities across Maasim.
📊 Updated Inspection Metrics
Total Inspections Completed: Increased from 90 to 123 facilities evaluated.
🟢 89 Green Placards (Inspected): Up from 60. These structures are cleared safe for normal operations.
🟡 28 Yellow Placards (Restricted Use): Up from 25. Access remains strictly limited to non-hazardous areas.
🔴 6 Red Placards (Off-Limits): Up from 5. Strictly closed off due to severe, immediate safety or collapse hazards.

🚧 Moving Forward
Engineering assessments continue on remaining targeted locations. Enforcement of safety perimeters around all newly identified Red and Yellow placard locations remains a top priority.
