REPUBLIC ACT 10591

Also known as the Comprehensive Fi****ms and Ammunition Regulation Act, is the Philippine law that regulates the ownership, possession, carrying, manufacture, importation, and sale of fi****ms and ammunition. It was signed into law on May 29, 2013 and replaced key provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1866.

Fi****ms must be registered with the Philippine National Police (PNP), and carrying a firearm outside one's residence generally requires the appropriate permit under the law.
