🟣 Our new study revealed that there is GENDER INEQUALITY in waste management!

This study found that people believe a woman’s duties include waste reduction, segregation, and recycling since they are associated with her role as a homemaker of the household. PERO hindi ba nagrereduce? 🤔

Eksena: May nakita kang babae na sinasaktan ng kanyang kasintahan habang nasa jeepney, ano ang gagawin mo? Paano naman kung napansin mong may hinihipuan na babae sa pampublikong parke? O may mga babae na inaayang manilbihan bilang server sa restawran pero mukhang kaduda-duda ang alok?

Iyan ang inalam ng Philippine Commission on Women sa isinagawang VAW Social Experiment, kung saan gumawa ng eksena (kasama ang PETA Plus) na nagpapakita ng VAW at tinignan at ni-record ang reaksyon at aksyon ng mga naka-saksi.

Abangan bukas ang resulta ng VAW social experiment sa 2022 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women Kick-off Ceremony, 2:00 PM, via Facebook live streaming.
