Through the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office and Provincial Planning and Development Office, personnel from the Department of Energy, and Reboot Philippines spearheaded the workshop on the best practices of local energy planning and energy governance, roadmap action planning for LEECP formulation and baseline data validation, as well as visioning exercise for Southern Leyte's resilient energy future.

As we convened for the ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ด๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—น๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜„๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป today, we deliberated for second reading the provisions of the proposed Provincial Ordinance Regulating the Use of Plastics, Non-Environmentally Friendly Packaging and Other Residual Waste.

We also received ordinances from LGU Malitbog, Padre Burgos, and Saint Bernard. Among these ordinances are the creation of plantilla positions in LGU Malitbog, provision of hazard pay and insurance coverage for DRRM personnel and municipal responders in LGU Padre Burgos, and reclassification from agricultural lands to non-agricultural uses in LGU Saint Bernard.

Among the matters that the body entertained are the requests for an appropriation for the construction of the Dialysis Clinic at Pintuyan District Hospital, the completion of the PAGCOR Evacuation Center at Brgy. Tubod, Silago, and the construction of the RKK Hotel and Training Center, Phase III, at Brgy. Mambajao, Maasin City.

Mukabat 51 farmer recipients ang atong nakauban sa maong distribution, diin 3,500 pieces nga seednuts ang na-allocate kanila. Gikan na usab ang Provincial Agriculture and Services Office (PAgSO) sa Brgy. Kahupian niaging Mayo 7 alang sa turnover sa 3,150 seednuts sa 47 farmer recipients.

Rest assured na padajon ang atong coordination sa matag LGU sa pag-identify sa mga farmer recipients aron maapod kini nato ug hatag kanila.
