The federation, under supervision of the administration, adopts the educational philosophy, vision and mission of the Alma Mater together with the teachings of Jesus Christ, imploring the Divine Providence, for the coordination and cooperation of its constituents towards the common institutional goals. Leadership, Responsibility, Excellence, Skills, Service and Unity are the core elements of the f

ederation, aside from the authentic Christian values instilled
by the institution on its domain, which are incessantly envisioned towards the promotion of the federation. The Federation of College Student Organizations is one that is participative and under institutional governance. Sovereignty and participation reside in the students and all organizational or departmental authority emanates from them provided that it is duly in accordance to the school's prerogative and authority. Every member shall commit undivided loyalty and dedication to the federation. The authority of the federation is not just a responsibility, but also a privilege to serve bequeathed by the institution to the students.
