IT'S WRAP!
Culmination Program of PROJECT REHAS Psychosocial Capacity Building for incoming College Students of MMJ

This facility, under the leadership of JINSP GLENN BELARMINO BLANCO, is delighted and grateful to Negros Oriental State University Psychology Department for their service and compassion for our PDL, for giving them the privilege to experience Psychosocial interventions that greatly equips them as they enter college behind the bars. This culmination activity forms part of the pre-enrollment process of our future Degree holders. The PDL-participants and the jail unit received certificates as proof of successfully finishing the short course.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the University President, Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi for this initiative. Together let us champion quality education for everyone, even to the last and the least. Daghang salamat NORSU!

Values Restoration Program

Admit or not, we are at the height of painting our streets with "Political colors." While our commitment is inclined towards serving the people, we must uphold utmost integrity and emphasize non-partisanship as we carry our badge.

During the weekly VRP discussion, JO2 Decel L Navarro highlighted, "Our loyalty must be to GOD, family and country only. Being public servants, we must take part in the nation-building - aiming to always promote common good and public safety. "

ABACA SPOOLING

Following the Fiber-knotting Skills Training last month, our PDL undergone a Training in Abaca Spooling with Sir Mark Pastrano and Sir Justine Pastrano.

Mabinay Municipal Jail, under the command of JINSP GLENN B BLANCO, is indeed grateful to our partner Fiber Traders and suppliers for this endeavor. This is a big opportunity for our PDL, not just in learning a anew skill, but also an income-generating practice. Daghang salamat!

CLEAN SPACE, CLEAN MIND

As part of its monthly commitment, Mabinay Municipal Jail, under the leadership of JINSP GLENN B BLANCO, initiated a Clean-Up Drive Activity. A total of two (2) non-biodegradable/plastic waste were collected during the activity.

MMJ continues to keep a safe, and clean environment for all its jail residents as we are committed in promoting rehabilitation and development.
