ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:

Localized cancellation or suspension of classes in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives.

A meaningful partnership between the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝) and the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢 was strengthened through the signing of a 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐌𝐨𝐀) between 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐞𝐥 "𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬" 𝐁. 𝗠𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗜, 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗦 | Noong Huwebes, Agosto 27, 2026, dumalaw sa ating Bayan ang Validation and Assessment Team ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas bilang bahagi ng proseso ng validation at assessment para sa Matatag na Batangas Award for Visionary Leadership towards Sustainable and Resilient Local Government Units (MBA-VSR).

Ang aktibidad na ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusulong ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Batangas sa mas matatag na ugnayan at pakikipagtulungan sa mga lokal na pamahalaan, tungo sa mas mahusay, makabuluhan, at responsableng pamamahala para sa kapakanan ng bawat Batangueño.

Mainit na tinanggap ni Mayor Noel Bitrics Luistro, kasama ang mga Department at Section Heads, mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan, at mga kawani ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Mabini, ang delegasyon ng Kapitolyo na binubuo ng mga opisyal at kasapi ng Validation and Assessment Team.
