We are deeply honored to have Ms. Junna May I. Balmaña as our Guest of Honor and Speaker, whose meaningful message centered on the importance of wisdom and character as guiding principles for our graduates as they move forward in life. Her inspiring words reminded everyone that true success is not only measured by achievements, but by the values we carry and the choices we make along the way.

The Post-Test Division Reading Assessment for Grade 2 and Grade 3 was successfully conducted to evaluate the learners’ reading progress and comprehension skills. This activity plays a vital role in identifying the strengths and areas for improvement of the pupils, ensuring that appropriate interventions and strategies can be implemented to enhance their literacy development.

Reading is a fundamental skill that serves as the foundation for all learning. It enables learners to understand instructions, explore new ideas, and develop critical thinking. Strengthening reading skills at an early stage helps build confidence, improves academic performance, and fosters a lifelong love for learning.

The success of this activity would not have been possible without the dedication and support of our facilitators from the Infanta District. On behalf of the entire DGIS faculty and staff heady by Dr. Shirley M. Dizon, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to Sir Eugene Mascariña, Ma’am Eden Nacar and Ma’am Angelica Magat, for their guidance, commitment, and invaluable contributions in the conduct of this assessment.
