๐ OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION AND MESSAGE TO EVERYONE
We would like to take this opportunity to formally clarify the concerns raised regarding our recent youth activities.
Una sa tanan, gusto namo ipasabot nga every activity nga among gi-conduct is carefully planned based on the guidelines, available resources, ug instructions nga gihatag sa Barangay Council. For this particular activity, the identified target participants were youth ages 15โ30, especially those who were actively participating in the scheduled programs.
Ang mga details, mechanics, ug announcements were communicated ahead of time through our official page. We understand nga dili tanan makakita or makabasa sa announcements, pero we made every reasonable effort to inform the public before the activity.
Regarding sa limited number of participants, we also want to be transparent nga limited pud ang among budget and available resources. Dili gyud namo ma-accommodate ang unlimited participants sa every activity, bisan pa ug gusto namo nga tanan maka-apil. Every expense needs to be properly planned, accounted for, and aligned with the available budget.
We understand nga naa gyuy mga concerns, questions, or even disappointments. Valid ang inyong concerns, and we are always willing to listen.
However, we also hope nga before making assumptions or conclusions, ato pud sabton ang full situation and the limitations behind every activity.
Sa tanan nga naa sa atong community, please remember nga behind every activity are people who give their time, effort, energy, and service para lang mapadayon ang mga programs para sa youth. Dili man siguro perfect ang tanan, and we acknowledge that there are things we can still improve. We are open to constructive criticism but we also hope nga our efforts will be met with fairness, understanding, and respect.
We are not claiming that everything is perfect. We are simply doing our responsibility and making the most of what has been entrusted to us. If there are things that need to be improved, we are willing to listen. If there are concerns, we are willing to explain. But we believe that concerns are better addressed through proper communication rather than public assumptions or unnecessary negativity.
At the end of the day, our purpose remains the same: to serve our youth, provide meaningful opportunities, and create activities that our young people can enjoy and benefit from within the resources available to us.
To those who participated, supported, volunteered, and helped make the activities possible, thank you very much. Your participation is the reason we continue to do our best.
And to everyone who has concerns, we hear you. We simply ask for the same understanding, respect, and consideration that we are also expected to give.
We serve with what we have, we learn from what we can improve, and we continue to do our best for the youth and the community.
