It is a great honor to have completed the Community-Based Resiliency Management Training (RMT) Program and to be recognized as a Certified Rapid Mobilization Task Force (RMTF) Member.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to Governor Raul Mabanglo for spearheading the establishment of the Rapid Mobilization Task Force (RMTF)—a meaningful initiative that strengthens disaster preparedness and emergency response in every purok throughout the Municipality of Maco. This program empowers communities with the knowledge, skills, and coordination needed to respond quickly, effectively, and compassionately during times of crisis, making our barangays safer and more resilient.

𝗣𝗡𝗣𝗔 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟯, through its spirit of service, compassion, and brotherhood, conducted a relief operation on June 20, 2026, in Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental, to extend assistance to families affected by the devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake.

In times of hardship, true public service shines brightest. This humanitarian effort reflects our unwavering commitment to helping communities recover, rebuild, and rise stronger after disaster. Every relief pack distributed carried not only essential supplies but also hope, encouragement, and the assurance that no one is alone in their struggle.

From the Office of 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐃. 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚

Submit your application ASAP and be one of our additional scholars to receive 7,500 pesos grant per semester.

Application Period

June 11-June 15, 2026

Submit to the Congressional Sub-Office in your municipality.

Attached is the QR Code of the list of secured applicants.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Must be a Filipino Citizen;
• An undergraduate student enrolled in SUCs, LUCs and Private HEIs and programs in the CHED Registry;
• With income not exceeding P400,000.00 combined household gross income (parents/guardians), evidenced by the Certificate of Indigency duly issued by the Punong Barangay where the student resides;
• And not a recipient of Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), or any national government-funded StuFAPs except FHE and AICs;

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

• Accomplished TDP-TES Application Form;
• Certified True Copy of Certificate of Registration or Enrolment of 1st Sem AY 2025-2026;
• And Certificate of Indigency as proof of income duly signed by the Punong Barangay where the applicant resides.
