The Local Government Unit of Maco, through the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, informs all Macoeños, taxpayers, business owners, and stakeholders that Municipal Ordinance No. 3, Series of 2026, entitled:

"An Ordinance Revising the Municipal Revenue Code of the Municipality of Maco, Davao de Oro Province,"

has taken effect as of July 1, 2026.

All concerned are encouraged to be guided by the provisions of the revised Municipal Revenue Code in all transactions with the Local Government Unit.

The Office of the Municipal Treasurer, in coordination with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), successfully conducted the Simultaneous Social Pension Payout on June 24–26, 2026. The activity ensured the orderly, efficient, and timely distribution of social pension benefits to eligible senior citizens, reaffirming the Local Government Unit's commitment to delivering quality public service and promoting the welfare and well-being of the municipality's elderly citizens.

The Office of the Municipal Treasurer extends its sincere gratitude to our Hon. Municipal Mayor ACVRR and Hon. Vice Mayor AVRR and all SB members for their unwavering support, guidance, and commitment to programs that uplift the lives of our senior citizens. Their continued leadership and dedication have been instrumental in the successful implementation of this initiative.

We also express our appreciation to the DSWD, the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), all partner agencies, volunteers, and personnel whose cooperation and hard work contributed to the smooth and successful conduct of the payout.
