𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗦𝗔𝗨 𝗔𝗗𝗦 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝐀𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐅. 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳, contributed to the team’s remarkable finish at the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗱 (𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗠𝗢) 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 & 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱, held on March 25, 2026 at Pampanga State Agricultural University, hosted by the Philippine Society for Microbiology – Northern Luzon Chapter (PSM-NL).

In the 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘇 𝗕𝗲𝗲, Aileen F. Miclat led the team to 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞, while Clarence E. Dela Cruz emerged as 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 in the𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆. Their remarkable performance was guided by Assoc. Prof. Ruth T. Libag, whose mentorship continues to inspire excellence.

We commend the team for their dedication and hard work, and wish them the best as they represent the region in the National Championships this July 2026, during the PSM 55th Annual Convention and Scientific Meeting and the 9th Asia Pacific Biotechnology Congress at De La Salle University–Laguna Campus.
