On August 27, 2026, at about 6:00 AM onwards, personnel of Magalang Municipal Police Station together with BPATs, under the supervision of PLTCOL FERCEL D DELORIA, Chief of Police, conducted police visibility at Magalang Elementary School, Brgy. San Nicolas I, Magalang Pampanga.

The activity was carried out to ensure the safety and security of students, teachers, school personnel, parents, and visitors, while maintaining peace and order within the school premises.

Through regular police presence, the Magalang MPS aims to strengthen public confidence, deter the commission of crimes and promote a safe and secure learning environment for everyone.

Magalang MPS remains steadfast in its commitment to protecting the community through proactive policing and strengthened partnership with educational institutions.

MAGALANG MPS ARRESTS WANTED PERSON FOR THREE COUNTS OF BP 22

MAGALANG, PAMPANGA — On August 25, 2026, personnel of the Magalang Municipal Police Station, particularly the Warrant PNCO and Intelligence Operatives, led by PLTCOL FERCEL D. DELORIA, Chief of Police, together with personnel of PS2 ACPO, successfully arrested a wanted person through the service of a Warrant of Arrest.

The operation was conducted against the accused for three (3) counts of violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (BP 22), covered by Criminal Case Nos. M-ANG-26-00449-CR to M-ANG-26-00451-CR, with bail recommended at ₱6,000.00 for each count.

The Warrant of Arrest was issued by Hon. Francis Victor B. Soriao, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Third Judicial Region, Branch 3, Angeles City, Pampanga, dated August 4, 2026.

Based on the Criminal Investigation and Records Analysis System (CIRAS) research, the arrested accused has no previous criminal record.

The accused was duly apprised of his constitutional rights and is currently under the custody of Magalang MPS for proper documentation and disposition in accordance with existing procedures.

This successful operation underscores the commitment of Magalang MPS under the leadership of PLTCOL FERCEL D. DELORIA to uphold the rule of law, enforce court-issued warrants, and ensure that persons wanted by the law are brought before the proper judicial authorities.

On August 25, 2026, at about 10:30 AM, personnel of Magalang MPS, led by PLT ANA LISA ENRIQUEZ, Chief MCAD, under the supervision of PLTCOL FERCEL D DELORIA, Chief of Police, conducted a Barangay Visitation and Dialogue with the Barangay Captain and BPATs of Barangay San Pedro I, Magalang, Pampanga.
