Dear Court Users,

We are pleased to share with you that in 2024, the 2nd MCTC Magdalena-Liliw-Majayjay achieved significant strides in efficient and effective justice.

New case (civil and criminal) filings by 17%, from 135 in 2023 to 112 in 2024, and we have resolved 109 pending cases out of 135. Notably, through our initiatives, 17 criminal cases were withdrawn and 2 civil cases were settled.

We have maintained a 94% compromise settlement rate for small claims, solemnized 14 marriages, and drastically improved service delivery with an average 14-minute turnaround for clearances.

We shall continue to improve our service to serve you better.
