What an absolute movie! 🎬 We just wrapped up our highly successful 2nd Semester KK Assembly, and our hearts are overflowing with pride for the Kabataan ng Jao-asan. You all showed up, spoke out, and brought an unmatched level of energy to this event—proving once again that the youth are not just the future, but the active drivers of our community today! From electing our new KK Officers to tackling real-world challenges, today was a massive win, and it wouldn't have been possible without every single one of you who joined and participated. ✊🔥

A huge, heartfelt thank you goes out to our incredible support system who made this entire day seamless and impactful. We are deeply grateful to our beloved Barangay Captain, Hon. Napoleon R. Manzana, for his unwavering guidance, and to our hardworking Barangay Officials who kept everyone energized with delicious, freshly prepared meals and snacks. Our deepest appreciation also goes to our phenomenal resource speakers: Ms. Joylene Mindoro, for breaking boundaries during the Mental Health and Drug Awareness Symposium, and Mr. Simon Rosas, for a truly comforting and genuine Youth Kamustahan session that gave everyone a safe space to connect. 🧠

Last but certainly not least, a massive shoutout to our dynamic partner organization, the Future Leaders Guild (FLG)! Your backstage hustle, logistical brilliance, and leadership support were the backbone of this assembly's success. As we celebrate the victory of this event, let us continue to carry the lessons, the bonds, and the passion we shared today back into our everyday lives. In line with our commitment to recognizing active youth participation, priority was given to those who have consistently participated and supported the activities and programs of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council.

🎓 EDUCATIONAL CASH ASSISTANCE DISTRIBUTION 💙

Good day, beneficiaries!

We are pleased to inform all qualified beneficiaries that the Educational Cash Assistance Distribution (HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE) will be held as follows:

📅 Date: July 18, 2026 (Saturday)
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM (Please arrive on time.)
📍 Venue: Jao-asan Covered Court

📌 Reminders:
✅ Please arrive early to avoid delays.
✅ Bring any required documents or a valid ID, if applicable.
✅ Observe proper decorum and follow the instructions of the organizers.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If the beneficiary is unable to attend, they may authorize a representative to claim the Educational Cash Assistance on their behalf.

The authorized representative must present the following:
• A signed Authorization Letter bearing the signatures of both the beneficiary and the authorized representative.
• A photocopy of the beneficiary's valid ID.
• A photocopy of the authorized representative's valid ID.
• The original valid ID of the authorized representative for verification.

Magandang araw po sa ating lahat!

Nais po naming ipaalam na ang APPLICATION FOR EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE is OFFICIALLY CLOSED!

Lahat po ng applications ay dadaan sa masusing evaluation at pipiliin lamang ang mga qualified beneficiaries batay sa itinakdang criteria ng programa.

Bilang bahagi ng aming pagpapahalaga sa aktibong pakikilahok ng kabataan, bibigyan ng prayoridad ang mga kabataang regular na dumadalo at aktibong nakikilahok sa ating KK Assemblies at iba pang programa ng SK.

Hinihiling po namin ang inyong pang-unawa sa prosesong ito. Patuloy po sana nating suportahan at makiisa sa mga programa at inisyatibo para sa kapakanan ng Kabataan ng Jao-asan.

📢 NOTICE: Postponement of KK Assembly and Educational Assistance Distribution

While we were looking forward to gathering today, July 12, 2026, for our KK Assembly and Educational Assistance Distribution, the safety of our community is—and will always be—our top priority. Due to the severe weather conditions and the subsequent travel suspension affecting our Resource Speaker from Manila, today's event has been officially postponed.

We heavily value education, but your safety is irreplaceable.

Please rest assured that your educational assistance is secured and will be distributed. We are actively working on rescheduling, so please keep an eye on our official page for the new date and details.

📌Please be informed that the 2nd Semester KK Assembly has been rescheduled due to the cancellation of sea trips, which has affected the travel of our invited speaker.

We are planning to conduct the assembly on Sunday, July 12, 2026, depending on the weather and the resumption of sea travel. We will post a final confirmation once everything is confirmed.
