With the full support of 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐅𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐤, LGU Maguing joined the 5-Day Capacity Building on Four Legacies for Children and Policy Development in Koronadal City.

Organized by CFSI with UNICEF, UNHCR, MSSD-BARMM, and PSA, the training is under the BRAVE Project to end childhood statelessness. It forms part of the UNHCR-UNICEF Digital Birth Registration Initiative, funded by the Government of Japan, and supports the UNICEF-MSSD Rolling Workplan.

The program aims to strengthen child protection in BARMM, focusing on Sama Bajaus, unregistered children displaced by conflict, and families of decommissioned combatants.

Championing democratic participation and informed voting, the Local Government Unit of Maguing through the Office of the Election Officer, Maguing headed by 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗠. 𝗛𝗮𝗱𝗷𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗽 successfully conducted the “𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗢: 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝗼. 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼” 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 on May 26, 2026 at the Municipal Gymnasium.

The activity received full support from the LGU of Maguing under the leadership of 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸. Mayor Molok underscored that voter education is crucial to strengthening Bangsamoro autonomy and empowering every Maguing resident to vote with integrity, awareness, and responsibility.

The activity was carried out in partnership with LGU officials and personnel, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Barangay Officials, and teachers — recognized as key frontliners in grassroots voter empowerment. It focused on educating voters about their rights, the value of a principled vote, and the electoral processes under the Bangsamoro framework.

The Rural Health Unit of Maguing, led by Municipal Health Officer 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗵 𝗛. 𝗬𝘂𝗻𝗼𝘀, is currently conducting a Free TB and Chest X-Ray Program in strong partnership with the Local Government Unit of Maguing under the administration of 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸.

Anchored on the theme “Early detection, better treatment, healthier community,” the program aims to make preventive healthcare accessible to all. It is open to every resident of Maguing and is being held today, May 19, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium, Maguing, Lanao del Sur.

Mayor Fahad Delna Molok reaffirmed the LGU’s full support for health initiatives that protect constituents from tuberculosis and other respiratory illnesses. He commended Dr. Yunos and the RHU team for their dedication and emphasized that the partnership between the municipal government and the health sector is vital to building a healthier, more resilient Maguing.

The Local Government Unit of Maguing, Lanao del Sur, under the leadership of 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸, successfully carried out the distribution of 10kg of rice to all (34) barangays in the municipality.

This initiative forms part of the 2026 Ramadhan Rice Distribution Program spearheaded by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 “𝗕𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁” 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗝𝗿. The program reflects the Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur’s commitment to supporting communities during the holy month, and was implemented on the ground through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.

The distribution ceremony took place on March 7, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium in Maguing. Mayor Molok expressed gratitude for the province’s continued support and highlighted how the partnership between the municipal and provincial governments ensures that aid reaches every barangay efficiently and equitably.

He emphasized that the collaboration between his administration and Governor Adiong’s office is key to delivering timely assistance to families, especially during Ramadhan. The joint effort underscores a shared priority: easing the burden on households and strengthening food security across Maguing.

Residents and barangay officials who attended the ceremony welcomed the initiative, noting that the coordinated action between the LGU and the Provincial Government made the process organized and responsive to community needs.

The Bluejays Learning Center successfully held its Summer and Tutorial Class Recognition Ceremony 2026 on May 11, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium, Maguing, Lanao del Sur. The event celebrated the dedication, progress, and accomplishments of young learners who completed the center’s summer enrichment and tutorial programs.

Anchored on the theme “Celebrating Achievements Towards a Bright Future,” the ceremony honored not only academic performance but also the values of discipline, perseverance, and love for learning that the program instilled in every student. Parents, tutors, and community stakeholders gathered to witness the proud moment as certificates and awards were conferred to the completers.

𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴 were the invited Guest Speakers for the occasion. While unable to attend in person due to prior official commitments, both officials were ably represented by designated LGU Officials who delivered their messages of congratulations, encouragement, and continued support for the youth of Maguing.

Also present were other LGU Officials and members of the Sangguniang Bayan, underscoring the local government’s collective commitment to education and child development.

This recognition ceremony was held with the full support of the administration of 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸 as Education remains a flagship priority of Mayor Molok’s governance agenda, anchored on the belief that “an empowered learner today becomes a productive leader tomorrow.”

Through their representatives, Mayor Molok and Vice Mayor Pangandag reaffirmed the LGU’s dedication to programs that nurture the intellectual and moral growth of Maguing’s youth. The administration continues to support learning centers, tutorial services, and school-based initiatives through policy backing, logistical assistance, and community partnerships.

Today, May 12th, our team from LGU Maguing, facilitated by our LYDO, 𝘿𝙧. 𝙉𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙙 stood alongside the BRAVE Advocates from 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 at the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Complex, Cotabato City for a momentous Ceremonial Awarding and Turnover of Materials.

We are proud to announce the receipt of a ₱50,000 𝙎𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩, a vital resource that our Brave Youth Advocates will make the most of. This fund is dedicated to cascading our advocacy directly to the ground—reaching into the heart of our community to ensure that vulnerable individuals in Maguing receive the birth registration they deserve. This fund isn't just a number—it’s the fuel for our Brave Advocates to hit the ground and organize activities in support of the BRAVE Project.

This milestone was made possible through the synergy of local and international partners. We extend our deepest gratitude to: UNICEF, UNHCR, the Government of Japan, CFSI, and the BRAVE Project Stakeholders.

We also wish to emphasize that this commitment is bolstered by the unwavering support of our 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧, 𝙁𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙣𝙖 𝙈𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙠. The Local Government Unit of Maguing, in close coordination with the Ministry of Social Services and Development – BARMM (MSSD-BARMM), successfully conducted an Orientation on the Implementation of the IPART System Profiling on May 12, 2026, at the Municipal Gymnasium, Maguing, Lanao del Sur.

The activity was spearheaded by MSWDO Soraida Mocadi and participated in by barangay officials, para social workers, enumerators, and other key stakeholders who will be directly involved in the profiling process.

The Integrated Profiling and Assessment Reporting Tool (IPART) is a data management system of MSSD-BARMM designed to generate accurate, updated, and disaggregated data on vulnerable sectors. It serves as a critical basis for planning, targeting, and delivering social protection programs to poor, marginalized, and at-risk individuals and families. Through IPART, the government can ensure that social services are evidence-based, equitable, and responsive to actual community needs.

This undertaking is strongly supported by 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸 as part of his administration’s commitment to data-driven governance and inclusive social protection.

Mayor Molok recognizes that “effective programs begin with accurate data.” His leadership continues to prioritize the institutionalization of systems like IPART to guarantee that every peso of social service funding reaches the right beneficiaries at the right time. By backing this initiative, the Mayor reinforces his vision of a Maguing where social services are transparent, targeted, and transformative.

In line with its commitment to strengthen public health systems and promote life-saving initiatives, the Local Government Unit of Maguing in partnership with the Ministry of Health – BARMM (MOH-BARMM), Integrated Provincial Health Office – Lanao del Sur (IPHO-LDS), and the Rural Health Unit of Maguing, successfully conducted an Advocacy Orientation on the Voluntary Blood Services Program (VBSP) on May 12, 2026, at the Municipal Conference Room.

The orientation aimed to intensify awareness, mobilize community participation, and build a sustainable pool of voluntary blood donors in the municipality. It forms part of the National Voluntary Blood Services Program, which seeks to ensure safe, adequate, and accessible blood supply through non-remunerated voluntary donations.

This initiative is a direct manifestation of 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗙𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗸’𝘀 thrust to deliver inclusive, responsive, and life-affirming public services. Mayor Molok has consistently prioritized health programs that protect the most vulnerable and empower communities to take part in nation-building.

The Voluntary Blood Services Program aligns with his vision of “a healthy Maguing where no life is lost due to lack of blood.” Through his leadership, LGU Maguing continues to invest in preventive health, capacity-building of frontline workers, and strong partnerships with regional and provincial health authorities.

The LGU extends its gratitude to the participation of other line agencies such as the MPS Maguing and BFP and other LGU/SB Officials. Most importantly, to the MOH-BARMM, IPHO-LDS and RHU Maguing for their technical support and to all participants for their commitment to this life-saving cause.
