An inspiring reminder that true leadership is about service, integrity, and putting the community first. It’s not about titles, but about courageously standing for what’s right and driving positive change for everyone.
"When Seth came to MSU-General Santos City as one of the delegates for FEMSUSSCO, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the kind of leader he truly is. From the very beginning, it was clear that he was not just there to represent—he was there to lead, to listen, and most importantly, to act with conviction. He stood his ground firmly, even in challenging discussions, and fearlessly voiced out what he believed was right and just for the benefit of the student body.
What struck me the most was his unwavering dedication to student welfare. Carrying a proposal that was both ambitious and heavy with responsibility, he spoke with a clarity and passion that reflected how deeply he cares about making a real difference. He wasn’t speaking just to be heard—he was advocating for change, for progress, and for the betterment of the entire student community. That moment alone spoke volumes about his priorities: he puts students first, always.
Seth’s leadership goes beyond holding a title. He leads with integrity, accountability, and a deep sense of purpose. He understands that leadership is not about power, but about service. He doesn’t just make decisions; he listens to concerns, engages with different perspectives, and works toward meaningful solutions. He is humble enough to admit when things need improvement and courageous enough to take action when others hesitate.
Having observed his leadership journey, I firmly believe that if Seth is elected again, the student council will not only continue its current progress—it will reach greater heights. He has already proven himself time and again through years of committed service, and yet I know he still has so much more to offer. His consistency, work ethic, and genuine concern for others are qualities that the council—and the entire student body—can truly rely on.
Together with his party, ALAB (Alliance of Leaders Advocating Brilliance), Seth brings with him a vision of leadership that is not only bold but also deeply rooted in service and excellence. With ALAB, he’s not just igniting plans; he’s fueling a movement—one that champions progressive, efficient, and student-centered governance.
If we are to entrust our future to someone, let it be a leader who has already proven his worth—not only through words but through action. Seth is that leader."
