𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝟲 | Please be advised that, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116 issued by the Office of the President, the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) will implement adjusted work arrangements on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

From 08:00 AM to 12:00 NN, employees will be on a work-from-home arrangement. During this period, selected services will remain accessible through SHFC's official social media channels via the IPAD team. Clients may also coordinate with their assigned Account Officers.

Starting 12:00 NN, all SHFC offices will be CLOSED, and operations will remain suspended on April 2 and 3 (Maundy Thursday and Good Friday) under Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025.

Regular operations will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026.

𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟰 | Pursuant to Proclamation No. 102 from the Office of the President, and in view of the forecasted heavy rainfall caused by Severe Tropical Storm "Opong", please be advised that work in all government offices in Metro Manila, Biliran, Eastern Samar, Northern Samar, Samar, Masbate, Romblon, and Sorsogon is suspended tomorrow, September 26.

In light of this, operations in SHFC offices in the said areas are likewise suspended.

𝟲𝟱 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘇𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗮, 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗮!
Mahigit 60 miyembro-benepisyaryo ng Samahang Magkakapitbahay ng Rose Packing Homeowners' Association, Inc., Phase 1 (SMRPI HOA) ang nakatanggap ng kani-kanilang titulo ng lupa mula sa Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) nitong Sabado, Agosto 30, sa Valenzuela City.
Bilang kinatawan ni SHFC President at CEO Federico Laxa, personal na iginawad ni Mega Manila Vice President Engr. Elsa Juliana Calimlim ang mga titulo, kasama si Valenzuela City First District Representative Kenneth Gatchalian, para sa 37 babae at 28 lalaki na residente.
Dumalo rin ang ilan pang opisyales ng ahensya, kabilang sina Substitution Department Manager Allan Romero at NCR North Manager Antonio Alvarado. Kabilang din sa nakiisa sa seremonya si Valenzuela City Housing and Resettlement Office Head Elenita Reyes.
Ang SMRPI HOA ay isang komunidad sa ilalim ng Community Mortgage Program (CMP) na binubuo ng 196 miyembro at naaprubahan noong Disyembre 2018.
Ang paggawad ng mga titulo ay bahagi ng selebrasyon ng ika-37 taong anibersaryo ng CMP na may temang "Kaagapay ng Komunidad: Mula Noon Hanggang Ngayon."
Ang CMP ay kabilang sa mas pinalawak na Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program ni President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., na ipinatutupad ng Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) sa liderato ni Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling.

In light of this, operations in SHFC offices in the said areasare likewise suspended.

ADVISORY FOR TYPHOON-AFFECTED LGUs. In compliance with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive to extend assistance to families affected by Tropical Storm "Crising" and continuous rains brought about by the southwest monsoon, is now accepting requests for assistance under its Integrated Disaster Shelter Assistance Program (IDSAP) from local government units (LGUs).
