[29 Mei 2026 - PRESENTASI HASIL PESERTA MAGANG BATCH 2 BULAN MEI 2026]

The Office of the Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila organized the Final Presentation of the Internship Program, attended by student interns from President University and Satya Wacana Christian University who had successfully completed their internship program at the Indonesian Embassy in Manila.

During the event, the participants presented their experiences, learning achievements, and contributions throughout the internship program, followed by direct evaluations from the Embassy staff. The presentation served as a platform to reflect on the learning process, assess the outcomes of the program, and recognize the participants’ dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism in supporting various educational, cultural, and public service initiatives at the Indonesian Embassy in Manila.

[29 Mei 2026 - Partisipasi Atdikbud KBRI Manila dalam Borderless Pathways: Global Scholarships and Exchanges for Educators - Department of education]

The Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila, Prof. Nina Yulianti, Ph.D., participated in the Department of Education’s Pathways: Global Scholarships and Exchanges for Educators Program for Filipino teachers by setting up an information booth showcasing various educational scholarship opportunities available in Indonesia.

On the same occasion, the Education and Culture Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in Manila also delivered a presentation on study opportunities in Indonesia through a virtual video presentation featuring information on scholarship programs for international students.

Through this activity, the Indonesian Embassy in Manila hopes that more Filipino teachers will become familiar with Indonesia as a destination for quality education and that educational cooperation between Indonesia and the Philippines will continue to grow stronger.

[25 Mei 2026 - 2nd Science and Technology IMPACT Assessment Conference (IACon 2026)]

Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila, Prof. Nina Yulianti, Ph.D., delivered remarks at the 2nd Science and Technology IMPACT Assessment Conference ( ), held at Acacia Hotel, Alabang, Philippines, on 25 May 2026.

During the conference, the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) emphasized the importance of applying rigorous impact assessment across Southeast Asia. The event also showcased a number of outstanding case studies, ranging from large-scale national program evaluations to the strategic utilization of assets such as space technology and geospatial infrastructure.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the organizers—UPLB CPAF, SEARCA, and DOST—for providing this highly important platform for dialogue in support of evidence-based policymaking.

[26 Mei 2026 - FSTP Roadshow 2026 Commission on Higher Education (CHED)]

The Office of the Education and Cultural Attaché (Atdikbud) participated in the FSTP Roadshow 2026 organized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). The event aimed to create opportunities and foster collaboration between higher education institutions in the Philippines and international partners.

During the event, the Education and Cultural Attaché served as one of the speakers and promoted various scholarship programs offered by the Republic of Indonesia, including the KNB Scholarship, TIAS Scholarship, Darmasiswa Scholarship, and the Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) Program.

In addition, the Education and Cultural Attaché's Office set up an information booth to assist participants interested in learning more about the scholarship opportunities and the BIPA Program. Participants showed strong enthusiasm, as evidenced by the large number of representatives from higher education institutions who visited the booth and expressed interest in establishing partnerships with universities in Indonesia

[24 Mei 2026 - 110th Graduation Ceremony Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) dan Syukuran AIIAS Indonesia Community]

Chargé d’Affaires ad Interim of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Manila, Victorina Hesti Dewayani, together with the Education and Cultural Attaché of KBRI Manila, Prof. Nina Yulianti, Ph.D., attended the graduation ceremony of six Indonesian students who completed their studies at the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) on May 24, 2026, in Silang, Cavite.

Following the official graduation ceremony, the Chargé d’Affaires ad Interim of KBRI Manila attended a thanksgiving celebration for all Indonesian graduates together with the Indonesian AIIAS community. The event also featured an information session on consular certificate services provided by KBRI Manila.

[23 May 2026 – Visit and Book Donation to Iskolar Reading Center]

The Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila, Prof. Nina Yulianti, Ph.D., visited the Iskolar Reading Center and presented a book donation as a form of support for strengthening literacy among local children.

The visit provided an opportunity to learn more about the various programs implemented by the Iskolar Reading Center, including learning facilities, free meal programs, internet and computer services, as well as innovative initiatives that encourage children's reading habits through a reward-based system linked to their understanding of the books they have read.

Through this activity the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila hopes that cooperation and collaboration in education, literacy, and youth development between Indonesia and the Philippines will continue to grow and flourish.

The Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Manila, Mrs. Victorina H. Dewayani, accompanied by the Education and Culture Attaché of KBRI Manila, Prof. Nina Yulianti, Ph.D., received a courtesy call from the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), represented by Deni Shidqui Khaerudini, Principal Researcher at BRIN’s Advanced Chemical Research Center, on May 22, 2026.

During the meeting, the BRIN delegation presented a report on its participation in the ASEAN Science Diplomat Assembly 10th Founding Anniversary, held at the Acacia Hotel in Muntinlupa City from May 18–21, 2026. The discussion also covered various opportunities for research collaboration between BRIN and research partners in the Philippines, as part of efforts to strengthen scientific cooperation and science diplomacy within the ASEAN region.

The meeting reflects Indonesia’s commitment to promoting synergy in research, innovation, and international scientific networks to address global challenges and support sustainable development.

The Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila, Prof. Nina Yulianti, Ph.D., represented the Chargé d’Affaires ad interim (CDA a.i.) of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila, H.E. Victorina Hesti Dewayani, at the 10th Anniversary of the ASEAN Science Diplomats Assembly (ASDA) in the Philippines.

The event brought together diplomats, academics, researchers, and policymakers from ASEAN member states to strengthen collaboration in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and education.

The participation of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Manila reflects its support for strengthening regional cooperation through science diplomacy and academic collaboration across ASEAN.
