Springfree Trampoline Philippines

Springfree Trampoline Philippines Hi Philippines! Springfree Trampoline has finally come to the Philippines! The World's Safest Trampoline will be available this May 2016!

Springfree Trampoline is the World's Safest Trampoline in the market. Springfree's patented springless design eliminates the impact areas that cause 90% of all product-related trampoline injuries. Key Safety Features:

>> Mat Rods: Springfree Trampoline's flexible composite rods lie beneath the jumping surface and out of harm's way. The traditional spring-based trampolines have springs that can pi

nch or injure a jumper.

>> Hidden Frame: Springfree Trampoline’s frame is well beneath the jumping surface - you can’t hit it, period. The frame on a spring-based trampoline is a hazard to jumpers, resulting in significant fractures, lacerations and head injuries.

>> SoftEdge™ Mat: Springfree Trampoline's SoftEdge mat is over 30 times more shock-absorbent than the pads. The pads on spring-based trampolines do not protect from injury and loses much of their shock-absorbency after the first impact. It also has the shortest lifespan compared to any other parts of the trampoline.

>> FlexiNet™ Enclosure: Springfree Trampoline's FlexiNet enclosure uses flexible net rods to cushion jumpers and prevent falls. Spring-based trampoline enclosures use steel poles to fasten the net to the trampoline, causing injury to jumpers who collide with the solid pole. Jumpers who end up sliding down the net may also get injured when landing on the frame and springs.

1. TRAMPOLINING IS THE MOST EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE FORM OF EXERCISE
According to NASA, (and they know their stuff!), rebound exercise such as trampolining is ‘the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man’. In fact, their study found that 10 minutes of trampolining was a better workout than 30 minutes of running. We all want our kids to stay active and healthy and if NASA says this is the best way, who are we to argue?!

2. JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE CAN HELP ENHANCE MOTOR SKILLS
Bouncing on a trampoline is a great way of enhancing children’s motor skills, which is awesome for all children but can be especially beneficial to children with special needs. It is great for muscle development, strengthening bones and reinforcing joints.

3. TRAMPOLINING IS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS OF IMPROVING CO-ORDINATION AND BALANCE
Bouncing on a trampoline creates a constantly shifting centre of gravity, which kids must quickly respond to by adjusting their positions and bilateral movements. This is known to drastically improve their co-ordination and balance, which will benefit them in all other physical activity in life.

4. JUMPING IS GREAT FOR STRESS RELIEF
On the simplest level, jumping up and down on a trampoline is fun and a great way to wind down after a difficult day in school (or in the office!). On a deeper level, the concentration, fun and repetition of rebounding on a trampoline is great for advancing sensory skills. For kids with sensory cravings right through to those who are sensory defensive, trampolining is a very effective means of helping them to escape from the stress that can bring and make them feel calm.

5. TRAMPOLINING CAN IMPROVE KIDS’ BEHAVIOUR
We know it sounds too good to be true, but trampolining can really have a positive effect on kids’ behavioural issues. It is a great way for kids to expend their energy, which might otherwise result in more destructive behaviour. This exercise is also great for increasing the circulation of oxygen to their brain, which can help to make them feel more alert and refreshed, and improve their concentration.

6. TRAMPOLINES CAN MAKE KIDS MORE ENGAGED IN LEARNING
Through calming kids down and improving their concentration, trampolining can clearly improve kids’ engagement in learning. The trampolines themselves can also be an effective and engaging tool for learning. Counting, jumping onto coloured shapes and following directions (e.g. Simon Says) are just some of the ways that kids can learn through play.

7. TRAMPOLINING CAN INFLUENCE ACADEMIC SUCCESS
People are often surprised to hear that a child’s ability to learn can be hugely influenced by their ability to control their body and movements. Trampolining is a great way of enhancing these skills and giving children a better chance at academic success.

8. TRAMPOLINING BUILDS CONFIDENCE
For kids who are wary of new things and physical activities, trampolines are a great way of building their confidence. There is no right or wrong way to move on a trampoline so they experience instant success, as well as the thrilling feeling of bouncing. This can increase their courage and self-confidence, which will carry through into other activities and areas of their life.

9. TRAMPOLINING STRENGTHENS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
The act of rebounding on a trampoline stimulates internal organs and promotes lymphatic circulation, pushing toxins out of cells and allowing nutrients in. This is great for detoxifying your body and strengthening your immune system.

10. TRAMPOLINING MAKES YOU HAPPY!
Experiencing the weightlessness of trampolining can be exhilarating and uplifting. On top of that, the increased oxygen circulation stimulates the release of endorphins that are naturally mood-enhancing. So trampolining can literally make you happy!

Therapeutic Benefits of Trampolines

Physical Fitness
According to a study by NASA, jumping on a trampoline for 10 minutes is equivalent to 33 minutes of running from a cardiovascular standpoint.

Proprioceptive Input
Proprioception is our sense of where our body parts are in relationship to each other. This is the sense that allows us to touch our nose with our eyes closed. We get this type of input through physical effort and deep pressure to our muscles and joints. The trampoline is an excellent source of proprioceptive input. This type of sensory input is organizing to our brains and usually helps both sensory over- and under-responders get to that “just right” level of alertness and focus.

Neurochemical Regulation
Exercise physiology research has shown that intense movement activities increase the levels of serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins in the brain, all of which contribute to positive feelings and stress reduction.

Strengthening
Try it for yourself for 10 minutes and you’ll know what I’m talking about!

Vestibular Input
Our vestibular system basically tells us where we are in relationship to gravity. Many sensory-seekers have a high threshold for this form of input (they need a LOT of movement). Once this need has been met, they are more likely to be able to focus on other things (homework, fine motor tasks, etc.).

Social Interaction
My children fight less and laugh more while on the trampoline together than anywhere else! Trampoline play also requires some turn-taking and rule-following which are important social skills.

Motor Skill Development
Even kids who aren’t very coordinated and who shy away from other sports seem to enjoy trampolines. They are great for facilitating motor planning and because it’s fun to “crash,” kids are more likely to try challenging skills on the trampoline than when they are on the ground (cartwheels, forward rolls, hand-stands).

Add On Multi-Sensory Input
Besides jumping, here are a few other things to do on a trampoline to increase the multi-sensory input:

Attach a water hose to a pole on the trampoline or set up a sprinkler nearby
Allow the kids to use chalk to draw on the trampoline mat then use a hose to wash it off
Play catch with your child while he or she is jumping
Encourage your child to jump with eyes closed while you shout out directions (jog in place, spin around, run in a circle, etc.)
Use chalk to draw a hopscotch board on the trampoline
Play Follow-the-Leader or Simon Says on the trampoline
Enjoy jumping!

The benefits of trampolining are:
1. Exercise through Play - its great fun and your body is benefiting!

2. Balance - trying to bounce in one place on a trampoline means you have to develop a keen sense of balance and awareness of how your body's balance can be adjusted (or compromised) by small movements at the body's extremities.

3. Co-ordination - closely related to balance is the need to coordinate arm and leg actions, as well as many fast-twitch muscle groups, necessary to form the different shapes and perform the various somersaults and twists.

4. Muscular strength and endurance - not only the lower body muscles but also the upper body muscles and your core muscles are worked when trampolining.

5. Improved lung and cardiovascular efficiency - bouncing on a trampoline increases the pulse rate and strengthens muscle groups essential for a healthy cardiovascular system.

6. Moderate Intensity Physical Activity

7. Bilateral motor skills - the action of bouncing whilst trying to maintain balance and coordinate bodily extremities calls on both sides of the body and, indeed, the brain to become engaged which is quite different to many ground based sports where one side can often be favoured (most notably in football for example).

8. Rhythm - again closely related but distinct is the need to bounce in tune with the trampoline to achieve optimum height for least effort.

9. Self-confidence - even those least confident with sports will find it possible to make some progress on the relatively forgiving surface of a trampoline and this progress will help boost confidence.

10. Improved lymphatic circulation - probably not quite as good as detoxing entirely but the short periods of weightlessness between periods of higher than average G forces that occur whilst bouncing actually helps the body get rid of toxins; physical activity and gravity effects are essential to the lymphatic system achieving this and both are more actively engaged when trampolining than with almost any other sport.

11. Low impact - although bouncing is an impact sport the period of acceleration and deceleration is much longer than with activities such as jogging where the surface used has no give at all.
