🌱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! 🌱

On May 29, starting at 7:00 AM, the Office of Enterprise Management (OEM), under the leadership of Atty. James M. Violon, successfully led a community clean-up drive at the University Commercial Complex.

Our dedicated stall lessees came together with full enthusiasm to beautify the area and maintain cleanliness across the complex.

We are deeply grateful to University President Dr. Rolito G. Eballe for approving this initiative.

This is just the beginning! Starting this June, the clean-up drive will be held twice a month to keep our complex clean, green, and welcoming for everyone.

𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗨𝗔𝗡, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴, 𝗕𝘂𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗼𝗻 | 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲—Demonstrating the enduring Filipino spirit of cooperation and collective responsibility, the Central Mindanao University (CMU) Office of Enterprise Management (OEM) successfully conducted “Bayanihan sa Musuan: Maintaining Cleanliness and Promoting Unity and Camaraderie in the CMU Market” on May 29, 2026.

The activity brought together market stakeholders, vendors, community partners, and volunteers in a coordinated clean-up drive aimed at improving the cleanliness, safety, and overall environment of the CMU Market while fostering stronger relationships among its stakeholders.

The initiative was fully supported by University President 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗚. 𝗘𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲 and Vice President for Administration 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗣. 𝗣𝗮𝘃𝗮, whose leadership continues to promote programs and activities that advance environmental sustainability, community participation, and inclusive development within the university and its surrounding communities.

Spearheaded by the Office of Enterprise Management (OEM) through its proactive head, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗠. 𝗩𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻, the activity underscored the importance of collective action in maintaining a clean, orderly, and sustainable market environment. Participants engaged in clearing overgrown vegetation, collecting and properly disposing of waste materials, cleaning common areas, and improving the overall appearance of the market premises.

More than an environmental undertaking, Bayanihan sa Musuan served as a platform for strengthening cooperation, trust, and camaraderie among market vendors, stakeholders, and community members. The activity reaffirmed the principle that sustainable development is best achieved when stakeholders work together toward a common goal of improving both their environment and their relationships with one another.

Through the collective efforts of all participants, Bayanihan sa Musuan successfully demonstrated that meaningful and lasting development extends beyond physical improvements. It is equally reflected in the strengthening of stakeholder relations, shared responsibility, and a renewed commitment to community welfare.

As Central Mindanao University continues to pursue excellence in service, sustainability, and community engagement, initiatives such as Bayanihan sa Musuan stand as a testament to the transformative power of unity, volunteerism, and collective action in building a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for all.

Starting Monday, May 4, 2026, all stall grantees are now advised to proceed with the processing of their contracts.

Kindly ensure that the following requirements are complete prior to submission:
✔ Proof of full payment of rentals
✔ Proof of payment of water bills
✔ Valid business permit
✔ Photocopy of valid IDs

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Incomplete requirements will not be processed.

The Stall Grantees of the CMU Market Association have been officially reactivated, marking a renewed commitment to an organized and responsive commercial operations within the university. In a recent meeting with Atty. James M. Violon, newly designated head of the OEM on April 23, 2026, at the Office of the Legal Counsel, discussed key concerns affecting market activities alongside the formal installation of the Association’s newly elected officers. This development signals strengthened coordination and a more proactive approach toward sustaining a vibrant and orderly CMU market community.

The Office of Enterprise Management (OEM) proudly marks the successful conduct of its first-ever Stakeholders’ Meeting, initiated and facilitated by OEM Head Atty. James M. Violon, through the dedicated efforts of the UHRC and OEM staff. This milestone initiative was strongly supported by the Vice President for Administration, Prof. Hermie P. Pava, and reflects a shared commitment to advancing the CMU Market and enhancing service delivery for the entire university community.

We thank Dr. Rolito G. Eballe for his leadership and support, which inspire innovation, collaboration, and excellence at Central Mindanao University.
