Hence, it continuously educates consumers, enforces laws to protect their rights and interests, partners with consumer groups that help them make better choices, and ensures the quality and safety of the products they use. It is composed of Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS), Consumer Protectio

n and Advocacy Bureau (CPAB), and Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB). CPG is headed by Undersecretary Atty. Castelo and Assistant Secretary Atty. Ann Claire C. Cabochan.

Barbara, Province of Pangasinan, pursuant to the declaration of a State of Calamity due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon and Tropical Cyclone Maymay.

Alam mo ba kung ano ang MLM o Multi-level Marketing? Isa itong uri ng direct selling kung saan kumikita ang miyembro mula sa pagbebenta ng produkto at maaaring makatanggap ng incentives batay sa sales performance ng kanilang sales network.

Ngunit tandaan: ang pagpaparehistro ay unang hakbang pa lamang. Bago maigawad ang DTI Seal of Legitimacy, ang kumpanyang boluntaryong nag-aapply ay kinakailangang magsumite ng kumpleto at wastong dokumento at dumaan sa masusing pagsusuri ng Seal of Legitimacy Evaluation Committee (SOLEC). Layunin nitong matiyak ang pagsunod ng kumpanya sa mga itinakdang pamantayan at umiiral na batas laban sa mga ipinagbabawal na chain distribution plans o pyramiding schemes.

Kaya naman maging mapanuri at mag-verify! Alamin kung may DTI Seal of Legitimacy ang kumpanyang iyong pinag-iisipang salihan, at suriin nang mabuti ang kanilang negosyo, mga produkto, at serbisyo.
