MMDA Institute of Traffic Management The Institute of Traffic Management is a training center for law enforcement officers and other professionals in the field of traffic management.

The Institute of Traffic Management (ITM) was established in 2013 by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority through MMC Resolution No.13-11, Series 2013. The Institute aims to provide quality training and continuing education on traffic and transport management to traffic law enforcement officers and transport specialists of government, non-government and private organizations. It also prov

ides road safety education to drivers, children and the general public. The training/seminars it provides covers all all areas of traffic management such as traffic law enforcement and management, road safety, incident management or road emergency response, and environmental protection - all anchored on the values and culture of honesty, professionalism, and responsiveness. The Institute also undertakes policy research in support of its education and training mandate, covering both policy and operational aspects of traffic management and enforcement. It is tasked to develop education curricula, training modules, and program of instructions necessary to carry out its mandate.
