At this yearโ€™s Pacific Islands Forum in Palau ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ผ, Vice Minister Bettina Hagedorn ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช emphasized how global partnerships must center on Pacific priorities to protect our blue planet.

Germanyโ€™s commitment to the region spans both long-term strategy and immediate local impact. Through a decade-long scientific partnership with Palau, joint efforts continue to advance climate research and evidence-based policymaking across the Pacific. At the community level, that support translates to tangible solutions, like the advanced VINETA water filtration system provided to Palauโ€™s Ngaraard Elementary School to ensure clean drinking water for students and families.

From the gentlemanly Schnauzer and the famously stubborn Dachshund to the gentle giant Great Dane, the iconic German Shepherd, the fluffy German Spitz and the energetic Mรผnsterlรคnder, Germany has a dog breed for almost every personality.
