Following its Policy Roundtable on Democratic Resilience held in Manila in March 2026, CALD is convening a follow-up Public Conference on Democratic Resilience in Southeast and East Asia to delve deeper into the key issues raised during the Manila policy roundtable. The conference will be held alongside the 9th CALD Party Management Workshop, which will discuss the relationship of party institutionalization with democratic resilience.
