ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Good news para sa ating mga PWDs na kabilang sa Batch 2 Payout Schedule!

Narito na po ang schedule ng pamamahagi ng inyong mid-year cash incentive at libreng bigas mula sa pamahalaang lungsod at kay Mayora Ate Nancy.

Siguraduhing dala ang inyong PWD ID (original at photocopy na may tatlong (3) signature specimen) para sa mabilis na proseso.

Kung minor ang PWD, magdala ng:
- PWD ID ng minor (original at photocopy)
- Valid ID ng guardian (original at photocopy na may tatlong (3) signature specimen)

Kung guardian lamang ang makakadalo, magdala ng:
- PWD ID ng beneficiary (original at photocopy)
- Valid ID ng guardian (original at photocopy na may tatlong (3) signature specimen)
- Authorization Letter

For the first time, ilulunsad rin ang enrollment sa Landbank ATM system na magpapadali at magpapabilis ng disbursement ng inyong mga benepisyo.

Base sa rekomendasyon ng Makati DRRM Council, ipinag-utos ni Mayora Ate Nancy ang SUSPENSYON ng face-to-face classes sa LAHAT NG ANTAS ng public at private schools sa Makati bukas, August 18, 2026, dahil sa masamang panahon.

Ipapatupad ang alternative learning modes para sa mga mag-aaral.
