Selected officers of the SSLG โ€“ Benigno โ€œNinoyโ€ Aquino High School joined the Family Food Pack Repacking Activity of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) โ€“ Luzon Disaster Resource Center on August 31, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at Brgy. 195, Chapel Road, Pasay City.

With every pack of goods that was assembled and made with love, it shows the compassion, care, and unity and serves a reminder that our local community is as strong as the catastrophic events that has occured in our country.

Volunteering is more than giving our time, it is about showing up, working together, and being part of something that brings hope to others. This experience reminded us that young leaders can make a difference, not only through words, but through genuine service and dedication.

May this activity inspire more students to take part in meaningful causes, lend a helping hand, and continue to serve with compassion, responsibility, and a heart for the community. โค๏ธ

In accordance with the suspension announced by the City Government of Taguig, all classes in public and private schools at all levels are suspended tomorrow, August 28, 2026 (Friday) due to the prevailing Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which is expected to bring light to moderate rains, at times heavy, along with strong wind gusts in Metro Manila.

All affected classes shall shift to modular or other alternative learning modalities.
