The Community Outreach Movement Pro-Active Students Service (COMPASS) is a University-Wide Organization established in 2005 at Centro Escolar University-Makati. Its goal is to foster and strengthen students' spirit of volunteerism through the University Community Outreach Program. COMPASS also aims to instill social responsibility among its members by partnering with the University Social Responsi

bility Program, striving to develop globally competitive, disciplined, and socially engaged students. Additionally, the organization seeks to engage more students by collaborating with various community outreach groups across different schools within the university. This collaboration is intended to exchange experiences and ideas, encouraging students to embrace diversity and create an inclusive campus community aligned with the vision, mission, and goals of the Student Affairs Unit. COMPASS Vision:
A highly organized Community Outreach Section (COS) rendering effective, efficient, and humane service to CEU School College and Organizations. COMPASS Mission:
To have indispensable service;

Ever wonder how those empty coffee sachets or snack wrappers can actually build something valuable? It’s time to stop throwing and start growing our green habits! 🍃

Introducing Restore, our partner in turning waste into wonder. Based in Bulacan, they take discarded flexible plastics and upcycle them into Restore boards and furniture. Through this circular economy model, we aren’t just "disposing"—we’re restoring.

To be part of this movement towards sustainability, the CEU Makati Community Outreach Section (COS) and the Community Outreach Department (COD) invites all Makati Escolarians to participate in our year-round environmental initiative.

⏰ RECURRING: Every last Monday of the month

📥 HOW TO BE AN ECOLARIAN STEWARD:
We challenge every student to aim for a minimum of one (1) black bag (approx. 1kg) of soft plastics per collection cycle!

✅ WHAT TO COLLECT:

Sachets (shampoo, coffee, snacks)

Plastic film and grocery bags

Biscuit wrappers and other flexible packaging

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All plastic waste must be CLEAN and THOROUGHLY DRY to prevent contamination.

Let’s lead the way in environmental stewardship. See you at the drop-off, Makati Escolarians! 💚🙌

The day was filled with laughter, learning, and movement 🧠📚💪 From thoughtful discussions to energetic activities and creative expression 🎨🏃‍♂️, every moment was designed to support both mental growth and physical well-being in a safe and encouraging environment.
