❗️NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC❗️

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution 11177, the public is hereby being notified of the convening of the members of the Election Registration Board (ERB) on April 21, 2026 (Tuesday), 9:00 o’clock in the morning, at the Office of the Election Officer, Makato, Aklan to act on the applications filed from January 5 to March 31, 2026, in relation to the upcoming November 2, 2026 Barangay and SK Elections.

The board will also act on the abatement/cancellation of registration records of voters who: 1) have double/multiple records based on the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS); and 2) are deceased, based on the certified list from the Municipal Civil Registrar.

Please be guided accordingly.

Mariing pinapaalalahanan ang publiko na maging maingat sa mga online transaction accounts/pages na nag-aalok ng assistance na may bayad sa pagkuha ng Voter Certification. HINDI ITO AWTORISADO NG COMELEC.

ANG VOTER CERTIFICATION AY LIBRE AT WALANG BAYAD. Hindi maniningil ng anumang halaga ang mga kawani ng COMELEC sa pagproseso nito.

Personal at sensitibong impormasyon ng botante ang nakalagay sa Voter Certificate kabilang ang buong pangalan at address. Maaari lamang itong kunin ng personal ng botante o tao na awtorisado ng botante (with authorization letter).

Panatilihin nating safe at secured ang impormasyon ng bawat botante at makipagtransact lamang sa COMELEC Main Office - Intramuros, Manila at sa mga COMELEC field offices sa bawat lungsod/distrito/munisipalidad.

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act 12232, ang mga elected Barangay Officials at Sangguniang Kabataan ay maglilingkod na ng 4 na taon.

🗳️ 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: 4-year term, hindi hihigit sa 3 consecutive terms sa parehong posisyon.
