Tobor Elementary School joyfully assembles for its Graduation, Moving‑Up, and Recognition Ceremony on March 31, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., a significant event commemorating the accomplishments of its young learners.
A solemn processional of school and community officials, faculty members, and graduating pupils and completers escorted by their parents is followed by patriotic hymns and a doxology that express faith, unity, and love for the nation. The program honors the commitment of students, teachers, parents, and stakeholders who supported the learners throughout their elementary journey through the words of welcome from the school head, Sir Michael P. Barboza, the presentation and confirmation of graduates, inspirational messages from our PSDS Dr. Regelito B. Ocang, education leaders, and the formal distribution of diplomas and awards.
The ceremony proudly presents Ma’am Jasmine Ramirez Ubaldo, Administrative Officer II of Calbeg National High School, Malasiqui I, Class of 2011, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Her inspirational graduation address encouraged the graduates to pursue excellence and uphold good values.
Today’s celebration marks the successful completion of elementary education and the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope, dreams, and new opportunities. It is highlighted by academic excellence awards, heartfelt songs, a tribute to parents, and expressions of gratitude from the pupils. The Recognition Rites for Grades 1 to 5 follow thereafter.
The school sincerely expresses its gratitude to all generous donors who helped make this Graduation, Moving‑Up, and Recognition Ceremony meaningful and successful. Your generosity and dedication to our learners are deeply appreciated.

We sincerely express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the Malasiqui II-B District BSP Camporal – GSP Encampment: KAB-KID & STAR-TWINKLER Scouts Palabas 2025, held on December 5–7, 2025 at Brgy. Tobor, Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
Our deepest appreciation goes to Brgy. Captain Salvador T. Matias Jr. and his officials for their unwavering support and assistance, and to SPTA President Jelinda Apalla together with the SPTA officials for their active participation and cooperation.
We also extend our thanks to Sir Michael P. Barboza, our School Head, and the Tobor Teaching Staff for their dedication and guidance throughout the event. To the parents and guardians, your encouragement and presence have been invaluable.

On October 15, 2025, Tobor Elementary School joined the world in celebrating Global Handwashing Day with the theme “Be a Hand Washing Hero.” The activity aimed to promote the importance of proper handwashing with soap and water as one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of germs and diseases.

In celebrating Global Hand Washing Day reminded everyone that simple habits like washing hands regularly can save lives and keep the school community healthy. The teachers and pupils,all expressed their commitment to continue practicing proper hand hygiene every day.
