𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

In line with the celebration of 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the theme, “𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻!”, school stakeholders gathered for a 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲, 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

The meeting was conducted in cooperation with our school stakeholders, headed by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 𝗕. 𝗕𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴, together with 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮 𝗠. 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗻, 𝗣𝗧𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁. The activity was also attended by 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, as well as the 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, showing their support for health and nutrition.

The meeting was led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗖. 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹, and was graced and guided by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗠. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘇𝗮, 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶 𝗜.

An informative talk was also delivered by 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗼, 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲, who emphasized the importance of providing students with safe, nutritious, and hygienic food choices. She discussed proper nutrition, food safety, and healthy eating habits, highlighting the important role of parents, school personnel, and community stakeholders in supporting the health and well-being of every learner.

Through collaboration and shared responsibility, Calbeg National High School continues to support programs that promote healthier lifestyles and a more nutrition-conscious school community.

𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 | 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝟭

Last July 06, 2026, learners of 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 took their 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝟭 with the 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, making the testing experience more interactive and technology-driven.

This initiative allowed our learners to experience a more engaging and technology-enhanced way of demonstrating their knowledge and skills. As Term 1 continues, may this assessment inspire our learners to keep striving for excellence and continuous improvement.

𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴 𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀

In line with its commitment to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment, 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 has strengthened its school security measures through the conduct of routine inspection and monitoring of students' belongings upon entry to the school premises. This initiative aims to ensure the safety, protection, and well-being of all learners and school personnel.

This undertaking is led by our School Principal, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗖. 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, in coordination with the dedicated 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗩𝗢 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 and the entire 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 headed by 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼 𝗕. 𝗕𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴, whose unwavering support greatly contributes to the success of this initiative.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚) 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 headed by 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗩. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲, together with their advisers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗩. 𝗜𝗯𝘂𝗮𝗻 and 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗝𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗢. 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 for their active participation and cooperation in promoting school safety and discipline.

Through the collective efforts of the school, barangay officials, and student leaders, we continue to foster a secure, orderly, and conducive environment where every learner can thrive.

𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

Yesterday, June 15, 2026, 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 was honored to welcome 𝗗𝗿. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗠. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘇𝗮, 𝗣𝗦𝗗𝗦 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶 𝗜, for his visitation and monitoring of the school.

The visit focused on checking the school's programs, activities, and overall implementation of educational initiatives. Dr. Caluza also provided guidance and valuable insights to help strengthen the delivery of quality education and support continuous school improvement.

Calbeg NHS is grateful for his visit, encouragement, and commitment to ensuring effective and meaningful learning experiences for all learners.

𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗬 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚

Last May 28, 2026, the faculty and staff of Calbeg National High School gathered for the 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 led by the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗖. 𝗥𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴. The meeting focused on the implementation of the 𝟯-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, and other important matters and preparations for School Year 2026–2027.

𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟-𝗜𝗥𝗜 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

As a part of the activities under the Opening block, today, June 9, 2026, Calbeg National High School conducted the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) to assess the reading abilities of our learners.

This activity helps identify learners' reading levels and serves as a guide in providing appropriate reading support and interventions.

Calbeg National High School will hold its 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) 𝗮𝘁 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 in the Calbeg NHS Gymnasium.

At the same time, Opening Block Activities for students will also be conducted simultaneously.

𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 👋🏼

𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙣𝙖, 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙨!
Day 1 is officially done! The campus was filled with smiles, new faces, catch-up stories, and lots of first-day energy as learners officially started 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

As part of the school's support for learners, bags and school supplies were distributed to selected students to help them prepare for the school year.

We extend our sincere thanks to the personnel of 𝗣𝗡𝗣 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶, headed by 𝗣𝗟𝗧𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗢 𝗔. 𝗦𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗡 𝗝𝗥., 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲, for their presence and support during the opening of classes. Special thanks to 𝗣𝗖𝗠𝗦 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗝. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, 𝗣𝗖𝗠𝗦 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗕. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶ñ𝗼, 𝗣𝗖𝗽𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗮 and 𝗣𝗖𝗽𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗿. for roving around the campus and helping ensure a safe and orderly first day for our learners. They also conducted an information drive on road safety, reminding students of the importance of being responsible and careful on the road, especially during their daily travel to and from school.

We would also like to thank 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗮, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗚 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗴, for sharing her time and offering prayers for our school and learners during the opening of classes.
