Some realities are just truly heartbreaking 🥲

Our priority has always been to provide the best service possible to our valued customers. One of the ways we show our commitment is by providing clean, new, and well-maintained water containers.

However, it is heartbreaking that some containers are returned to us in a condition where they can no longer be used. Some have holes, unpleasant odors, or are extremely dirty beyond cleaning and proper sanitation.

Why do we sometimes ask for a small additional delivery charge on certain deliveries?🤗

As much as we would love to deliver water for free every time, there are certain situations that require extra time, effort, and manpower to complete the delivery.

For example:
* When the customer’s location is difficult for our delivery vehicles to access, our staff may need to carry the water gallons one by one to reach the customer’s home.
* When the customer lives on the 4th or 5th floor of a building or apartment, which requires additional physical effort and time to complete the delivery.

In these situations, we kindly request a small additional delivery charge. This helps compensate our delivery staff for the extra effort involved, even in a small way.

To all our customers who understand and support us in these circumstances, we sincerely thank you for your kindness and continued trust in our service.

Please rest assured that we will continue working hard to improve our service and provide you with the best delivery experience possible.
