Kalsada papuntang Tabon Port, may Solusyon na ‼️

Sa pangaywa nga committee hearing last August 20, 2026 ( Follow up from July 2026 hearing) hay aton gin-discuss sa committee on Transportation chaired by SB Dodoy P**o Gelito kon sa diin pagabul-on ang pondo it rehabilitasyon it Kalsada paayan sa Tabon Port.

We are happy to inform nga mapondohan na for Fiscal Year 2027 ang rehabilitation of road halin sa Tourism office ag GAD Office thru the leadership of Mayor Fromy Bautista.

While waiting sa full rehabilitation sa 2027 hay by this Year September 2026 , ang atong Engineering department it LGU Malay hay magahimo it asphalt overlay para temporaryonnga matabunan ang mga buho ag lubak sa kalsada.

We also thank Tourism Office department head Dr. Felix Delos Santos, GAD focal person Sir Carlo Yabut and Engr Elizer Casidsid of Engineering Office for granting our request 💙

the woman behind the “TOP PERFORMING SK COUNCIL IN MALAY 2026” award

Meet Blesilia, the young SK Chairperson of Barangay Caticlan.

I have witnessed her growth—from being an ordinary participant in our youth activities, to becoming one of our hardworking youth volunteers, and now, a passionate leader of the youth in her barangay.

Watching her speak before the youth of Malay and share her leadership journey makes me incredibly proud. ❤️

Bebing, as we fondly call her, has always been kind, humble, and down-to-earth. Even when she speaks about her accomplishments, she does so with humility. Most of the time, she doesn’t even realize how great her leadership and the work she has accomplished are—because she simply works, not to impress, but to deliver.

And that is one of the qualities I value most in a leader: a leader who works through action, not just words.

I still remember when she was just a volunteer in our youth programs. I once told her, “I see potential in you.” She looked surprised, as if she couldn’t understand why I would say that. Maybe, at that time, she didn’t see it in herself.

But I didn’t just see it—I felt it.

True leadership is something you can feel. You can see it in a person’s heart, in the way they work, in the way they serve, and in how they deliver even without seeking recognition.

For Bebing, I already saw that in her three years ago.

And now, as she comes to the end of her journey as SK Chairperson, I am one of those who can proudly say: I am so proud of you, Bebing. As your Manang, it is a privilege to have witnessed your journey and growth.

You did a really great job! 👏❤️
